Ensure your breast pump or accessories are in their original, factory-sealed packaging and were purchased directly from our official online store.
Initiate Request
Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your unopened items and include the RMA form inside the box before mailing it back to our processing center using a tracked shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm the seals are intact, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
